Headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, Telnet is a leading consultant and provider of IT, Telecom, Business Solutions, and Computer Services. Founded in 2005 by a team of seasoned ICT professionals, Telnet rapidly grew to become one of the most prominent names in the technology industry in the market.
Progressively, and in parallel to the market’s growth and development, our line of services has been expanding to cover: Turn-key IT infrastructure solutions, Data Centers, Server Rooms, Converged Networks, Voice & Telephony Solutions, IT Security, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Electronic Surveillance & Security Systems, Office Equipment Trade and Supply, Computer Rental, and Event Digital Solutions for the MICE industry.

Subsequently, Telnet was able to invest in its internal processes, units, and departments to become a multifaceted organization.
Today, our core activities cover: Consultancy, Contracting, Electrical, Telecom, Networking, IT security, Managed IT Services, Computer & Office Equipment Rental, Outsourced Marketing Services, in addition to Digital Solutions for Events (managed by EVENTPRO).
Whom do we serve...
We mostly serve the prosumers, SOHO users, Entrepreneurs, Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMBs), and Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Putting our customer satisfaction in mind, we aim to provide prompt, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective service. At the end, we were born in Lebanon and we understand our market segments, our target audience, and the existing burdens very well.
We don't exaggerate in what we are, we are not planning to land on the moon, nor pretend to be a tycoon. We are happy with who we are, what we do, and what we have; most importantly, our customers appreciate our work.

EVENTPRO... assisting the healthcare superheroes!
EVENTPRO is our in-house division that specializes in Medical and Pharmaceutical e-Conferences and webinars. We provide professional online live streaming and broadcasting services of local and international medical events, conferences, and symposiums. Our services are provided to the medical event managers, pharma companies, and healthcare institutes. With more than 15 years of experience, EVENTPRO is referred to as the pioneer in this field in Lebanon and the GCC countries.
Telnet Outsourced Marketing Services
In 2019, a new division within Telnet was born: Telnet Outsourced Marketing Services. We provide: Door-to-Door Marketing Services, Telemarketing & Telesales, Telesupport, Infodesk, Social Media Optimization and Social Media Marketing.
Since we understand the ICT industry, our outsourced marketing services are offered to: Telecom Operators, Internet Service Providers, Government Authorities, NGOs & NPOs, and to the General Businesses.
The founder
Nizam Mhanna
General Manager
Telnet sarl was founded by Mr. Nizam Mhanna, a technology expert who specializes in internet connectivity, data & voice networks, and computer technology.
Nizam expertise goes back to the early beginnings of the internet in Lebanon, around 1997. In 1999, Nizam worked as a senior customer care engineer in Terranet, the premier ISP in Lebanon. He joined their first foundation team and was soon promoted to the position of Technical Manager - Outdoor Support. Few years later, Nizam was appointed head of Terranet Hardware Department, then was moved to Xplorium, a VoIP provider and Terranet's sister company to manage their technical department. He spent a total of 11 years at Terranet and Xplorium, held several key senior positions, and played a vital role in the growth of the two companies.
Nizam founded Telnet in 2005. From a humble start, Telnet grew steadily to become a prominent name in the ICT and computer services industry in Lebanon. Things didn't stop here; Telnet today is the technical arm behind most of the international and local medical and healthcare events taking place in the region.
